Terms of Service

Welcome to Inboxroad. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

1. General Terms

1.1 Definitions

Inboxroad: Inboxroad B.V., a company registered in the Netherlands.

User: Any individual or entity using Inboxroad’s services.

Services: The email-related services offered by Inboxroad, including SMTP infrastructure, APIs, and the web-based email platform.

1.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use our services.

1.3 Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

1.4 Modifications

Inboxroad may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform.

Continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

1.5 Termination

Users may terminate their subscription at any time with a notice period of one (1) calendar month before the next billing cycle.

Inboxroad reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts immediately if:

• these Terms are violated;
• applicable laws or regulations are violated;
• the Services are used in a manner that may harm Inboxroad’s infrastructure, reputation, or deliverability.

Termination does not relieve the User of any outstanding payment obligations incurred prior to the termination date.

1.6 Service Availability

While Inboxroad aims to provide reliable and uninterrupted services, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. Target uptime is 99.9%.

1.7 Charges and Credits

Pricing Structure

Services are offered through recurring monthly subscription plans.

Payments

Users must provide valid payment information and authorize Inboxroad to collect recurring payments. We accept credit cards and SEPA direct debit payments.

Users are responsible for keeping payment details accurate and up to date.

Monthly subscriptions are billed upfront at the start of each billing cycle. Any overage usage from the previous billing period will be charged together with the next invoice.

Credits

Email credits included in subscription plans expire at the end of each monthly billing cycle and do not roll over.

If sending exceeds the included quota, additional usage will be charged based on the CPM (cost per 1,000 emails) applicable to the User’s plan.

Refunds

Refunds are only provided if Inboxroad discontinues services for reasons unrelated to a User’s violation of these Terms.

If an account is suspended or terminated due to a breach of these Terms, no refunds will be issued.

2. Usage Policies

2.1 Permitted Use

Users agree to use Inboxroad’s services in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.

2.2 Anti-Spam Thresholds

Inboxroad enforces the following anti-spam limits:

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of services.

2.3 Inboxroad Commandments

Respect Anti-Spam Thresholds

• Maintain sending metrics within the defined thresholds.
• Perform regular list hygiene and bounce handling.

Opt-In Required

• All recipients must have explicitly opted in to receive emails.
• Purchased, rented, scraped, or third-party lists are prohibited.

Clear Sender Identity

• Every email must contain a valid sender identity, reply-to address, and physical business address.

Unsubscribe Link

• Every campaign must contain a functional unsubscribe mechanism.

Prohibited Content

Inboxroad prohibits emails containing or promoting:

• Adult or sexual content
• Tobacco products
• Narcotics or illegal substances
• Weapons
• Hacking tools or illegal software
• Fraudulent, misleading, or illegal content

3. Privacy and Data

Inboxroad complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information regarding how personal data is processed and protected.

4. Email Platform Features

Inboxroad may provide features including, but not limited to:

• Email campaign creation and management
• Contact management and segmentation
• Analytics and engagement tracking
• Bounce and complaint monitoring
• Deliverability monitoring tools
• Domain and reputation management tools
• APIs, webhooks, and integrations

Feature availability may vary by subscription plan.
