1. General Terms

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Inboxroad may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or our platform.

1.5 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

1.6 Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, Inboxroad does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its services.

1.7 Charges and Credits

Pricing Structure Our services are offered through monthly recurring subscription plans.

Payments As a user, you must provide valid payment information and authorize us to collect recurring payments. We accept both credit card and SEPA direct debit as payment methods. You are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date. By providing these details, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that all charges will be honored and not rejected.

Monthly subscriptions are charged upfront at the beginning of each billing cycle. If you exceeded your email credit quota in the previous month, any additional usage will be charged together with the upcoming month’s invoice.

Credits Email credits included in your subscription plan expire at the end of each monthly billing period and do not roll over. If your email sending exceeds the monthly quota, you will be charged an additional fee based on the CPM (cost per 1,000 emails) of your current plan.

Refunds You may be eligible for a refund of unused credits only if Inboxroad discontinues services to you for reasons not related to a violation of these Terms. If your account is suspended or terminated due to a breach of the Terms, no refund will be provided.

2. Usage Policies

2.1 Permitted Use

You agree to use Inboxroad’s services in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms.

2.2 Anti-Spam Thresholds

Inboxroad enforces the following anti-spam limits:

Hard Bounces Below 5%
Spamtraps Max 3 in any 30-day period
Complaints Below 0.2%

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of services.

2.3 Inboxroad Commandments

  1. Respect Anti-Spam Thresholds
    • Maintain sending metrics within defined thresholds.
    • Perform regular list hygiene and bounce handling.
  2. Opt-In Required
    • All recipients must have explicitly opted in to receive emails.
    • Purchased, rented, or third-party lists are prohibited.
  3. Clear Sender Identity
    • Include a valid from name, reply-to address, and physical address in every message.
  4. Unsubscribe Link
    • Every campaign must include a working unsubscribe mechanism.
  5. Prohibited Content Inboxroad prohibits emails that contain:
    • Adult or sexual content
    • Tobacco products
    • Narcotics
    • Weapons
    • Hacking or illegal software
