What if I send more than my plan allows?
For exceeding emails you will be charged the exact same CPM as your current plan. If you exceed your plan consistently, you can consider upgrading to a bigger package.
How does the billing process work?
Plan fees are charged to your credit card on a recurring monthly basis. Exceeding CPM, if any, will be charged the next month.
How do I upgrade/downgrade my plan?
To upgrade/downgrade your plan, send a message to contact@inboxroad.com within 15 days before the end of the month.
