Work as a Customer Success Manager at Inboxroad

Inboxroad is on the lookout for an Customer Success Manager to bring the emailmarketing efforts of Inboxroad customers across the globe to the next level. Inboxroad has seen tremendous growth in the last years through focus on a quality product paired with an excellent customer experience, and is looking to build on that with dedicated email marketing consultancy for Inboxroad customers.

As Customer Success Manager, you will be building a relationship with Inboxroad customers through all verticals, across the world, helping them reach their email marketing goals. You’ll set up joint plans, aligning customer needs with Inboxroad’s roadmap and improve email KPI’s. 

Your challenge:

  • Build a relationship with Inboxroad customers
  • Develop and deliver on a joint roadmap with our customers
  • Set up and conduct quarterly business reviews
  • Provide consultancy on email marketing best practices
  • Champion email marketing as a go to marketing channel
  • Help customers prove and improve the ROI of email marketing efforts

About you
You are a smart, driven person who easily builds relationships. You love to work together to get to the next level, and think “customer first”. You have great analytical skills paired with a commercial mindset. For this role we think you need;

  • A higher education in a commercial or economic direct
  • Fluency in English, a second language is a plus
  • Strong analytical mind
  • Eager to learn
  • Commercial savviness, sales experience is a plus
  • Competitive mindset, you like winning as a team
